Basic Info

I am a PhD student in Biophysics at the Institute of Experimental Physics in Košice with a thesis focused on the study of protein amyloid structures.

I graduated from Charles University in Prague, where I received my Mgr. degree in Genetics, Molecular Biology and Virology with specialization in Molecular Biology and Genetics of Prokaryotic and Eukaryotic Organisms.

During my studies, I attended the BIOCEV research centre, where I spent 4 years researching yeast multicellular structures, which was also the subject of my master’s thesis.
