After the concert, SAS President Pavol Šajgalík awarded diplomas to successful young scientists. He emphasized the similarity between artistic and scientific work. “Both activities, scientific and artistic, require perseverance, a bit of luck and creativity. An artist or a scientist never goes to work, they perceive their work as a mission. That’s why I hope that this award will be an encouragement for you. And that the work, which I believe you like to do, is not a job and an obligation for you, but a mission,” said Pavol Šajgalík in a short speech.
