Proteins with first-graders

On May 13, 2022, members of the Amyloid structures of proteins research group RNDr. Andrea Antošová, PhD., RNDr. Zuzana Bednáriková, PhD. and RNDr. Barbora Borovská visited elementary school at Belehradská 21 (KVP neighbourhood) to introduce the first – graders to the secrets of protein through educational experiments.

Thanks to this popularization activity, this children learned what proteins are, where they are and whether we have them in our body.

We believe, that the Friday the 13th turned out better than expected 🙂
