Joint workshop of the IMPULZ and ERA-CHAIR projects

In the beginning of June (June 8-9, 2023), a joint workshop of the IMPULZ SUPERSPIN-IM-26 project and the ERA-CHAIR-project LAMatCU on the topic of Opportunities for cooperation in the fields of superconductivity and 2D materials was was held in the premises of the Research Center for Quantum Information of the SAS and the Science Park of the Comenius University.

In addition to Slovak scientists, experts from Germany, Austria, Hungary, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark and Japan spoke at the workshop. They discussed current trends and activities in the field of superconducting and 2D materials, identified opportunities for cooperation and funding opportunities for research in this area.

The workshop was a great opportunity to deepen the cooperation between successful project researchers within the mobility programs IMPULZ (Institute of Physics SAS, Institute of Experimental Physics SAS), SASPRO 2 (Comenius University, Institute of Informatics SAS) and ERA-CHAIR (Comenius University).
