Existuj\u00face sp\u00f4soby \u010distenia tieto druhy kontaminantov neodstra\u0148ovali. Novo vyvinut\u00fd proces vyu\u017e\u00edva ako jedin\u00e9 rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adlo vodu pr\u00edpadne lacn\u00e9 modifik\u00e1tory pH v mal\u00fdch mno\u017estv\u00e1ch a dosahuje mimoriadne dobr\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti neexistuje met\u00f3da priamo zameran\u00e1 na \u010distenie vodorozpustn\u00fdch polym\u00e9rov od hydrof\u00f3bnych kontaminantov, ktor\u00e1 dok\u00e1\u017ee polym\u00e9ry vy\u010disti\u0165 do vysok\u00fdch stup\u0148ov \u010distoty. Typick\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom \u010distenia vodorozpustn\u00fdch polym\u00e9rov v laborat\u00f3rnej malov\u00fdrobnej praxi i priemyselnej ve\u013ekov\u00fdrobe je dial\u00fdza alebo r\u00f4zne vari\u00e1cie ultrafiltr\u00e1cie vo vodnom prostred\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201eS\u00fa to sp\u00f4soby, ktor\u00e9 odstr\u00e1nia len n\u00edzkomolekul\u00e1rne hydrofiln\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, nako\u013eko hydrof\u00f3bne l\u00e1tky s\u00fa vo vode nerozpustn\u00e9 a teda nem\u00f4\u017eu difundova\u0165 von z roztoku polym\u00e9ru cez nanopor\u00e9znu membr\u00e1nu. Aplikovanie dialyza\u010dn\u00fdch a ultrafiltra\u010dn\u00fdch met\u00f3d teda neodstra\u0148uje hydrof\u00f3bne kontaminanty,\u201c\u00a0<\/i>spres\u0148uje ved\u00faci oddelenia a spoluautor novej met\u00f3dy RNDr. Mari\u00e1n Sedl\u00e1k, DrSc.<\/p>\n<p>Met\u00f3da experiment\u00e1lnych fyzikov zo SAV neohrani\u010duje objemy (hmotnosti) polym\u00e9rov, \u00a0nevy\u017eaduje vysokokvalifikovan\u00fdch zamestnancov a v\u00fdhodou s\u00fa aj n\u00edzke n\u00e1klady na jej prev\u00e1dzku. Proces je vhodn\u00fd pre polym\u00e9ry kontaminovan\u00e9 na \u00farovni od 0,0005 % do 0,1 %, ktor\u00fdch kontamin\u00e1ciu je schopn\u00fd zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 a\u017e na \u00farove\u0148 pod 0,0001 %.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00fd sp\u00f4sob \u010distenia vodorozpustn\u00fdch polym\u00e9rov od hydrof\u00f3bnych kontaminantov je mo\u017en\u00e9 vyu\u017ei\u0165 v r\u00f4znych oblastiach. Predov\u0161etk\u00fdm tam, kde je kladen\u00fd d\u00f4raz na \u010distotu polym\u00e9rov, teda vo farmaceutickom priemysle alebo na vedeck\u00e9 aplik\u00e1cie, obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 bioaplik\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201eMet\u00f3da je aplikovate\u013en\u00e1 na neutr\u00e1lne polym\u00e9ry, polyani\u00f3ny, polykati\u00f3ny a slab\u00e9 polykyseliny a polyb\u00e1zy citliv\u00e9 na pH. Takisto je met\u00f3du mo\u017en\u00e9 pou\u017ei\u0165 na \u010distenie i\u00f3nov\u00fdch a nei\u00f3nov\u00fdch monom\u00e9rov pre aplik\u00e1cie, kde je \u010distota nevyhnutn\u00e1,\u201c <\/i>dop\u013a\u0148a Mgr. Dmytro Rak, PhD. z rovnak\u00e9ho oddelenia \u00daEF SAV, v. v. i., ktor\u00fd sa na v\u00fdvoji novej met\u00f3dy podie\u013eal.<\/p>\n<p>Predstaven\u00e9 inovat\u00edvne rie\u0161enie t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa sp\u00f4sobu \u010distenia vodorozpustn\u00fdch polym\u00e9rov od hydrof\u00f3bnych kontaminantov je predmetom eur\u00f3pskej patentovej prihl\u00e1\u0161ky EP22154112.1. SAV h\u013ead\u00e1 priemyseln\u00fdch partnerov pre licencovanie\/predaj dan\u00e9ho rie\u0161enia.
