{"id":721,"date":"2018-10-03T13:54:35","date_gmt":"2018-10-03T11:54:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/websrv.saske.sk\/uef\/?page_id=721"},"modified":"2025-06-17T09:20:41","modified_gmt":"2025-06-17T07:20:41","slug":"zameranie","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/websrv.saske.sk\/uef\/oddelenia-a-laboratoria\/oddelenie-subjadrovej-fyziky\/zameranie\/","title":{"rendered":"Zameranie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Oddelenie sa orientuje na <strong>v\u00fdskum \u0161trukt\u00fary element\u00e1rnych \u010dast\u00edc a jadrovej hmoty<\/strong> v ambici\u00f3znych experiment\u00e1lnych projektoch svetov\u00fdch ur\u00fdch\u013eova\u010dov\u00fdch centier, ak\u00fdmi v minulosti boli <u>Spojen\u00fd \u00fastav jadrov\u00fdch v\u00fdskumov v Dubne pri Moskve<\/u>, \u00fastav <u>Deutsches Elektronen Synchrotron v Hamburgu<\/u> a v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti \u00fastav <u>Fermilab v Batavii, USA<\/u> a hlavne <a href=\"https:\/\/home.cern\/\"><u>CERN \u017deneva<\/u>.<\/a> V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti profiluj\u00fa oddelenie dve hlavn\u00e9 v\u00fdskumn\u00e9 t\u00e9my a to <strong>\u0161t\u00fadium vlastnost\u00ed top kvarku<\/strong> a <strong>sk\u00famanie vlastnost\u00ed jadrovej hmoty v extr\u00e9mnych podmienkach<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Top kvark<\/h3>\n<p>Poznanie\u00a0 z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch element\u00e1rnych jednotiek \u0161trukt\u00fary mat\u00e9rie je cie\u013eom poznania u\u017e od \u010dias Democrita, teda viac ako 2000 rokov. Av\u0161ak iba za posledn\u00fdch nie\u010do vy\u0161e 100 rokov t\u00e1to snaha\u00a0 dostala re\u00e1lny obsah, ktor\u00fd za rovnak\u00e9 obdobie prech\u00e1dzal radik\u00e1lnymi zmenami. Najsk\u00f4r za najz\u00e1kladnej\u0161ie jednotky mat\u00e9rie boli pova\u017eovan\u00e9 <u>at\u00f3my<\/u>, \u010doskoro sa zistilo, \u017ee vn\u00fatri at\u00f3mov existuj\u00fa <u>jadr\u00e1<\/u>, v jadr\u00e1ch <u>nukle\u00f3ny<\/u>, v nukle\u00f3noch <u>kvarky<\/u>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/uef-intranet-old\/files\/osf\/structure_of_matter.jpg\" alt=\"structure_of_matter.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"292\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fd poh\u013ead na \u0161trukt\u00faru mat\u00e9rie vyjadruje obr\u00e1zok vy\u0161\u0161ie. Prv\u00fd riadok reprezentuj\u00fa <u>kvarky<\/u> a <u>lept\u00f3ny<\/u>, druh\u00fd riadok \u010dastice sprostredkuj\u00face interakcie medzi kvarkami a lept\u00f3nmi a v poslednom riadku sa nach\u00e1dza jedin\u00e1 \u010dastica, ktorej existencia je teoreticky predpovedan\u00e1 av\u0161ak zatia\u013e nebola experiment\u00e1lne objaven\u00e1 \u2013 tzv. <strong>Higgsova \u010dastica<\/strong>. D\u00f4le\u017eitos\u0165 objavu tejto \u010dastice pod\u010diarkuje skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee\u00a0 jej objav je hlav\u00fdm cie\u013eom mnohomiliardov\u00e9ho projektu LHC v medzin\u00e1rodnom centre pre jadrov\u00fd v\u00fdskum\u00a0 CERN v \u017deneve.<\/p>\n<p>Oddelenie subjadrovej fyziky (OSF) sa akt\u00edvne podie\u013ealo na\u00a0 najv\u00fdznamnej\u0161om objave vo fyzike vysok\u00fdch energi\u00ed za posledn\u00fdch dvadsa\u0165 rokov \u2013 <strong>objave top kvarku<\/strong> a sk\u00famaniu jeho vlastnost\u00ed.\u00a0 Top kvark bol experiment\u00e1lne objaven\u00fd v roku 1995 kolabor\u00e1ciami CDF a D0 na ur\u00fdch\u013eovacom komplexe<strong> TEVATRON v Batavii, USA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/uef-intranet-old\/files\/osf\/tevatron.jpg\" alt=\"tevatron.jpg\" width=\"535\" height=\"349\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Urych\u013eova\u010d Tevatron v \u00fastave Fermilab v Batavii pre \u0161t\u00fadium prot\u00f3n antiprot\u00f3nov\u00fdch zr\u00e1\u017eok &#8211; miesto objavu top kvarku. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Top kvark m\u00e1 v porovnan\u00ed s ostatn\u00fdmi kvarkami rad unik\u00e1tnych vlastnost\u00ed. Jeho hmotnos\u0165\u00a0 je zhruba rovnak\u00e1 ako jadra wolfr\u00e1mu, rozpad\u00e1 sa ve\u013emi r\u00fdchlo tak\u017ee po\u010das \u017eivota nedok\u00e1\u017ee vytvori\u0165 s in\u00fdm kvarkom viazan\u00fd stav. T\u00fdm p\u00e1dom z rozpadov\u00fdch produktov top kvarku je mo\u017en\u00e9 zrekon\u0161truova\u0165 jeho p\u00f4vodn\u00e9 parametre, ktor\u00e9 nie s\u00fa deformovan\u00e9 viazan\u00fdm stavom. Presn\u00e9 meranie hmotnosti top kvarku napr\u00edklad upresn\u00ed oblas\u0165 hmotnost\u00ed kde by sa mohla nach\u00e1dza\u0165 Higgsova \u010dastica a dopom\u00f4\u017ee k jej objavu na LHC.<\/p>\n<p>Skupina z OSF sa zamerala na <strong>meranie parametrov top kvarku<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0 <u>hmotnosti<\/u>, <u>n\u00e1boja<\/u>, <u>spinov\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed<\/u>. Vyvinula nieko\u013eko origin\u00e1lnych met\u00f3d merania t\u00fdchto parametrov a v\u00fdsledky (okrem publik\u00e1cie v renomovan\u00fdch \u010dasopisoch) z\u00edskali aj nieko\u013ekokr\u00e1t ocenenie \u201cV\u00fdsledok t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a\u201d v \u010dasopise\u00a0 Fermilab Today.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Sk\u00famanie nov\u00e9ho stavu jadrovej hmoty<\/h3>\n<p>Prot\u00f3ny a neutr\u00f3ny s\u00fa tvoren\u00e9 kvarkami, ktor\u00e9 spolu dr\u017e\u00ed sila zn\u00e1ma ako siln\u00e1 interakcia. Jej zdrojom je v\u00fdmena \u010dast\u00edc zvan\u00fdch <strong>glu\u00f3ny<\/strong>. Doposia\u013e nebol pozorovan\u00fd \u017eiaden izolovan\u00fd kvark ani glu\u00f3n &#8211; s\u00fa nav\u017edy uv\u00e4znen\u00e9 vn\u00fatri kompozitn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc ako s\u00fa prot\u00f3ny a neutr\u00f3ny.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e1 te\u00f3ria silnej interakcie predpoved\u00e1 &#8222;oslobodenie&#8220; kvarkov a glu\u00f3nov pri teplot\u00e1ch prevy\u0161uj\u00facich 2000 mili\u00e1rd K a prechod jadrovej hmoty do stavu <strong>kvarkovo-glu\u00f3novej plazmy<\/strong>. Tak\u00e9 extr\u00e9mne podmienky existovali v pr\u00edrode <u>nieko\u013eko mili\u00f3ntin sekundy po Ve\u013ekom Tresku<\/u>. Zr\u00e1\u017eka dvoch jadier olova ur\u00fdchlen\u00fdch v LHC na r\u00fdchlos\u0165 bl\u00edzku r\u00fdchlosti svetla n\u00e1m umo\u017en\u00ed z\u00edska\u0165 kvapku hor\u00facej hmoty ve\u013ekosti at\u00f3mov\u00e9ho jadra a pozorova\u0165 ako prejde procesom rozp\u00ednania a ochladenia do stavu norm\u00e1lnej hmoty. \u0160t\u00fadiom tak\u00fdchto zr\u00e1\u017eok na LHC n\u00e1m <strong>experiment ALICE<\/strong>\u00a0 dovol\u00ed\u00a0 nazrie\u0165 hlboko do procesov vyvolan\u00fdch silnou interakciou a nakr\u00e1tko zhliadnu\u0165 na hmotu tak\u00fa, ak\u00e1 bola okam\u017eite po Ve\u013ekom Tresku. Na\u0161a \u00fa\u010das\u0165 v experimente ALICE je pokra\u010dovan\u00edm 20 ro\u010dnej spolupr\u00e1ce s CERN na experimentoch <strong>HELIOS<\/strong>, <strong>WA-94<\/strong>, <strong>WA-97<\/strong> a <strong>NA-57<\/strong>. Aj v\u010faka na\u0161im v\u00fdsledkom CERN mohol v roku 2000 ofici\u00e1lne ozn\u00e1mi\u0165, \u017ee <u>nov\u00fd stav hmoty s charakteristikami kvarkovo-glu\u00f3novej plazmy bol vytvoren\u00fd v laborat\u00f3riu<\/u>.
