On November 6-7, 2025, the 20th annual PhD Student Seminar dedicated to the memory of Academician Koloman Bo\u010fa<\/strong> was held in the premises of the University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy. The two-day competition for the best PhD thesis was organized by the University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Ko\u0161ice<\/strong>, the Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik University in Ko\u0161ice<\/strong>, and the Institute of Animal Physiology of the Centre of Biosciences SAS<\/strong>. The aim of the seminar was to provide the opportunity to the PhD students from biological disciplines in Ko\u0161ice to gain experience in the two most important aspects of presenting their own research results \u2014 oral and written scientific presentation.<\/p>\n

Among the seminar participants was PhD student RNDr. Vikt\u00f3ria Re\u013eovsk\u00e1 (Fedorov\u00e1)<\/strong>, who, along with two other participants, was awarded not only the Best PhD. Thesis Award<\/strong>, but also the UVMP Award<\/strong>, presented by the university on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the seminar.<\/p>\n
