Projekt je zalo\u017een\u00fd na maxim\u00e1lne efekt\u00edvnom vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed komplement\u00e1rnej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary, ktorou s\u00fa vybaven\u00e9 spolupracuj\u00face pracovisk\u00e1. V\u00fdsledky bud\u00fa publikovan\u00e9 v 4 pr\u00edspevkoch v odborn\u00fdch \u010dasopisoch, prezentovan\u00e9 na 5 konferenci\u00e1ch. Projekt je zameran\u00fd pr\u00e1ve na t\u00fato oblas\u0165 s hlavn\u00fdm cie\u013eom n\u00e1js\u0165 aoptimalizova\u0165 fyzik\u00e1lne postupy zvy\u0161uj\u00face adh\u00e9zne schopnosti vybran\u00fdch typov povlakov a vytvori\u0165matematicko-fyzik\u00e1lny model popisuj\u00faci procesy s t\u00fdm spojen\u00e9. \u0160pecifick\u00fdm cie\u013eom je overenie vplyvuv\u00fdchodiskov\u00e9ho stavu povrchu podlo\u017eky pred vlastnou depoz\u00edciou povlakov a to z h\u013eadiska \u0161trukt\u00farnych,tepeln\u00fdch a deforma\u010dn\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk f\u00e1zov\u00e9ho rozhrania povlak-podlo\u017eka. Pre tieto \u00falohy bud\u00fa pou\u017eit\u00e9 r\u00f4znemet\u00f3dy \u010distenia, povrchovej expoz\u00edcie a depoz\u00edcie povlakov. P\u00f4jde hlavne o met\u00f3dy plazmov\u00e9ho,magnetr\u00f3nov\u00e9ho a i\u00f3noveho napra\u0161ovania a katodick\u00e9ho naparovania. Pre anal\u00fdzu a vysvetlenie procesov vof\u00e1zovom rozhran\u00ed sa vyu\u017eij\u00fa met\u00f3dy elektr\u00f3novej mikroskopie, rtg. difrak\u010dnej anal\u00fdzy, Augerovej, elektr\u00f3novej aoptickej spektroskopie, ako aj \u0161peci\u00e1lne met\u00f3dy interakcie i\u00f3nov\u00e9ho zv\u00e4zku s hmotou (RBS, PIXE). Taktie\u017e preobjasnenie \u00fa\u010dinkov vn\u00fatorn\u00fdch a zvy\u0161kov\u00fdch nap\u00e4t\u00ed na charakter rozhrania povlak-podlo\u017eka bud\u00fa pou\u017eit\u00e9met\u00f3dy FEM. Projekt je zameran\u00fd hlavne na sk\u00famanie mechanick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed ako je pevnos\u0165, \u00fanava a lomov\u00e1 h\u00fa\u017eevnatos\u0165. Na meranie t\u00fdchto vlastnost\u00ed bude vyvinut\u00e1 nov\u00e1 sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e1 metodika. Sk\u00faman\u00e9 syst\u00e9my bud\u00fa kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00e9 keramick\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly s rozdielnou krehkos\u0165ou: MoSI2 a MoSi2 +SiC, SI3N4 a nanokompozity na b\u00e1ze Si3N4, kompozity keramika\/kov (WC-Co a AI2O3-CU) a vrstevnat\u00e9 kompozity Al2O3+ZrO2\/AL2O3. Okrem sk\u00famania kontaktn\u00fdch mechanick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed t\u00fdchto syst\u00e9mov bude analyzovan\u00e9 \u0161\u00edrenie trhl\u00edn pri kontaktnom za\u0165a\u017een\u00ed a vplyv nap\u00e4tosti na Weibullovu distrib\u00faciu pevnostn\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t. Na z\u00e1klade nameran\u00fdch \u00fadajov bude predikovan\u00e1 \u017eivotnos\u0165 a spo\u013eahlivos\u0165 sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch vzoriek. Podrobn\u00e1 anal\u00fdza mikro\u0161trukt\u00farnych charakterist\u00edk materi\u00e1lov bude realizovan\u00e1 pomocou rtg-anal\u00fdzy a vyu\u017eit\u00ed optickej, rastrovacej a vysoko rozli\u0161ovacej elektr\u00f3novej mikrosk\u00f3pie.
